House Rules

* Adults only
*There is a BBQ (Please bring your own charcoal)
*It is a good idea to take shoes off inside the space. Bring Slippers or indoor shoes.
*Please respect noise levels so creating a peaceful atmosphere.
*There are genuine old living spaces. Please give some TLC and the care they deserve.
* Tea lights are for use OUTSIDE ONLY. Please do not take them inside.
* Please take care when setting down tea lights, hot pans or kettle on wood and melomime surfaces.
*Please leave the place as you found it as we often have arrivals on the same day you leave.
*Please wash mugs, plates etc , leaving  kitchens tidy will help us to make this turn around efficient.
* We do not allow food OR drink in the Bedrooms. Please use the outdoors and the newly built kitchen for this purpose.
*When passing pigs and free range hens, please drive very slowly.
*We have a no smoking policy

• please note we do not allow pets.

• We do allow people with disabilities and their ‘service or guide dogs’.

and we are happy to discuss if guests think our accomodation would be suitable and we will make reasonable adjustments to assist them in their stay.
