….. Mindas Review
Just returned from a weekend Glamping at The Acorns with my boyfriend and must say we had a really lovely time! Roz & Phil were so friendly and looked after us and made sure we had everything we needed. We stayed in The Bell Tent which was really spacious and even had our own kitchen, BBQ & fire pit. Could not fault anything, really nice campsite, loved exploring all the little hidden paths. Roz is really talented at crafts and we got to see some of the current projects she is working on which were fascinating & Phil even shared some of his delicious home brewed cider with us! Would recommend and will definitely be going back again!

Reveiw from Nick

Quite simply the most relaxing few days that I have spent away for as long as I can remember. Roz’s and Phil have created a haven of tranquility and something quite magical. This is the way to escape the rat race if only for a few days. Roz and Phil are extremely welcoming and their enthusiasm is infectious. The question is not whether we will be back but how soon we can arrange it. Thank you for a lovely break that went all too soon!

Hi roz and Phil
We have just returned home from spending a lovely weekend away in your gypsy caravan. Myself and John loved every minute. We were so relaxed after our stay. We loved meeting you both and enjoying our campfire every night. John is looking forward to returning and playing with Phil’s toys🙂

We will definitely be in touch. Thank you both so much for a lovely welcoming stay.

We have just returned home after a really relaxing time at Acorn ponds Glamping site. This is a quiet And peaceful setting. We stayed in the bell tent which was spacious and really comfortable. It has its own private area with a horse box converted to a kitchen which was great and had everything we needed. We loved being able to have a campfire in the evenings. The outside shower in the trees is quirky and fun! Roz and Phil are a lovely couple and were so welcoming, they did everything to make sure we enjoyed our stay. We could not have asked for more! We would highly recommend it and hope to be back for another stay. Thank you Roz and Phil.

  2. Thanks for leaving us this review, we have to say you were the kind of guys we love hosting. Enjoying the space and chilling out by the pond.
We are so pleased you loved the silo cabin and we look forward to meeting up again too! Roz and Phil x

  3. Have just returned from a three night break at acorn ponds……. had an absolutely fantastic, relaxing break. I can not fault a single thing here. We stayed in the silo and found it very comfortable, with excellent facilities. We were after a relaxing break and the secluded silo was spot on. We enjoyed sitting by the fire pit of an evening, eating from the BBQ etc…….. as for the hosts, Roz and Phil – they were fantastic and made sure our stay was perfect, from making sure we had everything we needed to recommending local eateries and attractions. We will definitely be visiting again………. and again. Roz and Phil, thanks for a fantastic weekend!
