Geese Eggs and goslings

We lost one laying goose to the fox in May and another died as a result of a fight. So sad, so we now have 8 geese. We failed to ring them gendar tags after we raised last years goslings. This year we only managed three goslings, but probably a blessing as we can’t keep too many and we are not good at killing them for the table!

I have blown 20 goose eggs for my latest craft project.

I have frozen them raw and made some yummy cakes too.
